Anyway, in D-1 of my birthday, my school held an event today. It was Performing Arts / Arts Festival (in Indonesia it's called by "PENSI"). What is that? Performing arts or Arts Festival is a yearly event of my school, nor for the other school in my country. As its name, this event contains so many arts performances, such as band, dance, vocal group, traditional dance, choir, even comedy drama. It was so much fun but also sooooooo tiring! >__<
This event was started at 7.30 a.m and over at 3.30 p.m! That was crazy, right? But what is crazier is.........the audiences -_- Please take a look:
This is when the show just started, around 7.40 am
and now, let's see the picture below:
and this is when the show was going on around 10 am
"Oh, my, Dea, are all of them humans????" Yes, they are humans. People who study in my beloved high school. There are so many people. And, do you guys want to know what made that whole field became full of them? Of course...........HARDCORE BANDS!
W-wait, hardcore bands? Y-you mean.....that hardcore bands? Bands who play the heavy metal songs? Yeah, of course, I mean, who else? -_- I was also confused about it. Why do people got attached to bands who sing that kind of music? But, yeah, I mean, it doesn't matter, but, I just..........got dizzy when I heard to their music. I mean, the vocalist was just like, "YOOOOOHHHHH!!!!! ROCK YOUUUU!!! \m/" and they just said it with that screamo voice. Ugh. I mean, ugh. -_-
People in my school was just so excited when there was a hardcore band who performed. And they were just like went gathering on the field and it's full just like in the picture. And they were just like head-banging their head and their hair were just like blowing up and down and it added more deppression to my head -_-.
But, Hardcore music is nice too. Sometimes I stomped my feet in silent...........when nobody's watching ._.
Hardcore is okay for me, heavy metal is also okay for me. I just can't resist it much. Too much dizzyness. In 3 years I study here. 3 years I listened to this thing. It's just............enough ._."v
Okay, now forget about the head-banging-things. Now I'm gonna tell the other stories. Ah, I remember. I was laughing aaaaaaaaaall the way when there was a.....I don't know how describe it. Maybe it's just like.....beatbox? or probably...........acapella.
Pfffffft... I'm laughing now anyway XD. Okay, so, there was a performance of that acapella group. The members are all girls. I don't know, maybe 4-5 members on it. And suddenly they said, "Assalamualaikum," with some tone (re: Assalamualaikum is a Islamic greeting, since Indonesia is one of Islamic country). I thought they were going to sing Islamic songs but then..........I was wrong... They sang a.....I don't know, I never heard the song before. But the song was just like ABCD song, just like, "A is for Apple, B is for Baby, etc.). You may think that's okay, but, yeah, it's okay but they were just singing it in the................weird way. Weird tone, weird expression, no harmony.... Suddenly me and my friends were laughing hard when one of the member just like, "Bzzzz cup cup bzzzzzzzz pah pah ah~". You know, beatboxing (pfffft~). But.... It's just weird!! I wish that I could record it to you guys but my phone memory wasn't enough~ T^T
There are just a few of so many stories that happened today. My class, MUNO, was also performing a band and sang 2 songs. And they were gooooooooooooooood :)
Okay, I think it's enough for today. I'm gotta rest tonight because it's tiring when you had to stand for more than 8 hours just for watching the Performing Arts. So, have a good day, guys! And don't forget, tomorrow is my birthday ;) hihihi~~
